The Rowdy Duck Company – Customer Agreement Policy
Effective Date: November 9, 2025
By placing an order with The Rowdy Duck Company, you agree to the following terms and policies:
1. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. We may share photos of our designs on social media platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and our website.
Your personal contact information will never be shared without your permission, unless it’s for providing resources
or helping your business grow.

2. Shipping Policy
Our average processing and shipping timeframe is 3–4 weeks.
In some cases, orders may take up to 8-12 weeks, especially for custom designs or family-related delays.
We always strive to ship as quickly as possible, but timelines may vary based on demand and complexity.

3. Return Policy
All sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues so we can make it right.

4. Design Policy
• Logo Refurbishing: $50 nonrefundable deposit.
• Brand New Start2Finish Logo: $100 nonrefundable deposit.
• Free Logo Design: For apparel orders of $500 or more (order first, then design begins).
• Logo completion time varies from 1 to 90 days, depending on communication and schedule. We strive to
finish within 2 weeks whenever possible.
• Once your logo is finalized and sent to your email, it is considered final. Any further changes are subject to
additional charges.
• Deposits are nonrefundable as they secure dedicated design time.

5. Garment Care & Wash Instructions (Summary)
To maintain print quality and garment life:
• Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Do not bleach or dry clean.
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
• Do not iron directly on printed areas.
Failure to follow these care instructions may result in fading, peeling, or damage not covered under returns or
replacements.

6. Agreement of Terms
By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to:

• The Garment Care Instructions
You understand that deposits and certain purchases are nonrefundable and that turnaround times may vary.
